Rose Heights is proud to partner with multiple local outreach organizations here in East Texas. A large portion of the Rose Heights missions offerings go to support these organizations. Here is a list of those local organizations.
New Creation Foundation
New Creation Restoration Center’ s goal is to bring Christ-centered restoration and healing to individuals and families that have been destroyed by addictions and/or abuse, while empowering them to become productive members of society.
Calvary Commission
Calvary Commission is a Christ-centered organization with special emphasis in the areas of prison ministry, discipleship, ministry training and missions work both foreign and domestic.
Son Shine Light House
The mission of Son Shine Lighthouse Ministries is to provide a safe, spiritually-enriched transitional home where women and their children are offered a new beginning through a life-changing, personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
Meals on Wheels
Meals on Wheels Ministry began serving the home-bound elderly of Tyler, Texas in October of 1973, and since then, we have served well over 15 million meals. Today, we serve about 3,000 daily clients in Gregg, Henderson, Smith, Van Zandt, Upshur and Wood counties – an over 4,000 square foot service area.
The Gideons International
The Gideons International is an Association of Christian business and professional men and their wives dedicated to telling people about Jesus through associating together for service, sharing personal testimony, and by providing Bibles and New Testaments. While we are often recognized for our work with hotels, we also place and distribute Scriptures in strategic locations so they are available to those who want them, as well as to those who may not know they need them.

Living Alternatives
Since 1982, it has been our joy to offer hope and new life to women, children, and families. Beginning as an outreach to those experiencing unplanned pregnancy, we’ve grown into an organization made of six distinct areas of ministry which facilitates forming loving families and rebuilding broken families through compassion, care, and counsel.
Freedom Seekers International
Freedom Seekers International exists to rescue “last resort” and the most severely persecuted Christians in hostile and restrictive countries. Through methods of resettlement, we save their voices, allowing the Gospel to continue through their lives.
East Texas Crisis Center
The East Texas Crisis Center is dedicated to providing safety, shelter, and education for victims of family violence, sexual assault, and other violent crime. Commitment to restoring dignity and purpose in the lives of victims and promoting public compassion and awareness in order to reduce violence in our community.
Salvation Army
The Salvation Army is an evangelical part of the universal Christian Church. Our message is based on the Bible, our ministry is motivated by the love of God, and our mission is to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ as we meet human needs in His name without discrimination. Every program we offer is rooted in our passion to serve God by serving the lost, the vulnerable, the needy, the poor, the hurting, the helpless, and the hopeless.
East Texas Food Bank
Since 1988, the East Texas Food Bank, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, has provided food to over 200 partner agencies, in an effort to feed children, the working poor and seniors throughout 26 counties in East Texas. A member of Feeding America, The East Texas Food Bank is one of four food banks that serves the Gulf Coast Region who are pre-staged with food products from Feeding America, to respond to disasters.
Bethesda Health Clinic
Bethesda Health Clinic is a Christ-centered ministry with a bold mission: to provide healthcare to hardworking low income adults who are uninsured or underinsured. We envision our clinic as embodying Christ in action–bringing healing and hope to the people we serve.

The David Powell Community Food Pantry
Dr. David Powell Community Food Pantry is serving more than 350 families who live within Lindale and surrounding areas. Without assistance from the Pantry these families are at risk of going hungry. The pantry is open mornings on the first and third Tuesday and on the Wednesday that follows, and on second and fourth Tuesday evenings.
Madison Goforth-Student Mobilization
Madison Goforth was born and raised in Tyler Texas and attended Rose Heights Church until she left for college. Madison serves with Student Mobilization (StuMo), whose purpose is to build spiritual leaders for Christ from the college campuses of the world. They accomplish this by strategically engaging, establishing and equipping students on campuses to be spiritual leaders for the rest of their lives.
